The Anoka-Hennepin School District Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) will host a parent resource event featuring guest speakers from the school district to inform families about resources available at schools in the district.

Denise Schnabel, principal of Ramsey Elementary School, has been named one of three Minnesota finalists for the National Distinguished Principal Award, an honor presented by the National Association for Elementary School Principals (NAESP) and the Minnesota Elementary School Principals’ Association (MESPA).

Arts education provides learning through exploration, creativity and connection for students in the school setting. At the Minneapolis Institute of Art’s Discovery Days, twenty-six fifth-grade students participating in Ramsey Elementary School's Art Club went beyond the traditional museum tour into an interactive hands-on learning experience.

The Anoka-Hennepin School District negotiators and Anoka-Hennepin Education leaders reached a tentative agreement for an updated contract with Anoka-Hennepin Education Minnesota (AHEM) for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school years during a mediation session today.
